Anyway it was felt if God smiled on us. It was absolutely true on the 19th June on the jubilee ‘This Is the Day’ event. Its reason it was that on the previous night there was a storm and the rain was pouring down, and on the very day of the event a wind stormed most part of the country. However, on that day, on the Saturday the sun shone over Budapest so we were able to enjoy the good weather without heat.

Balaton NET: Balatonszemes, PM 9 on 19th August 2010
& Pócsmegyer: on 21st Augusztus 2010

The Parachute Band from New Zealand is going to hold a concert on the Balaton NET Festival on Thursday 19th August and on the Pocsmegyer World Meeting on Saturday 21st August.
On Pócsmegyer the Bolyki Brothers will be the first singer of the evening which will start at PM 7.30.

The Parachute Band is the main worship band of New Zealand who holds concerts all over the world. They would like to lead people to God with their dynamic and youthful music. The band was established in 1995 with that purpose that they would lead the worship on the biggest Christian Festival of New Zealand, namely, on the Parachute Festival. In the rich one decade they wrote lots of songs which were released on 8 albums.

A Johnny Thompson Singers 1965-ben alakult Philadelphiában. Fennállásuk 45 éve alatt öt földrész több, mint 50 országában turnéztak. Ők voltak az első gospel együttes, amelyik a Szovjetúnióban fellépett, de énekeltek a kairói és a zürichi Operaházban is. A hetvenes-nyolcvanas években többször jártak Magyarországon, a Magyar Televízió kétórás önálló műsort is készített velük.

Ron Kenoly és a Planetshakers a rendezvény napján 11 órától szemináriumot tart a Golgota gyülekezet épületében, cím: 1073 Budapest, Erzsébet körút 13. (Dohány utca sarok, volt Horizont mozi).

Az InSalvation hat szenvedélyes fiatal keresztény Hollandiából, akik nagyon szeretnek dicsőíteni. Turnéik során jártak már Hollandiában, Spanyolországban Svájcban és Magyarországon, ahol fesztiválokon, gyülekezetekben és konferenciákon szolgáltak. Az InSalvation 2008-ban kiadott egy saját kislemezt, valamint számos más CD-n is közreműködöttt. Három éven keresztül ők vezették a dicsőítést a Holland Keresztény TV tini rendezvényein.

The Budapest Margaret Island Athletic Centre will be the host of the event on 19th June 2010, starting from 3.30 pm to 10.30 pm.

10 years ago the events organized by This is the day! started with Christian programs, with praise and worship events in stadiums and it brought new colours into the Hungarian church life.

The interdenominational events managed to reach 100,000 people in the Carpathian Basin. This is the day! organization would like to serve towards you with this year ceremonial praise& worship and family day as an anniversary event.

Idén 25. alkalommal jön több, mint egy hetes turnéval Magyarországra a hatvanfős ének- és zenekar. Grace ’kegyelem’ címet adták koncertsorozatuknak, mellyel Kolozsvárra és Zilahra is ellátogatnak. A jótékonysági koncerteket negyedik alkalommal szervezik közösen a Magyar Református Szeretetszolgálattal. Ebben az évben a rendezvény bevételét a református Nevelőszülői Hálózat javára ajánlották fel, akik a családvesztett gyermekekkel foglalkoznak.

The Amaro Del group was established in 1999 and name of the group means ’Our God’. The band members are gipsy people who are devoted Christian as well and they live in Munkacs, Ukraine. However, they do travel a lot and recently they held a concert in Ukraine, in the UK, in Norway, in Romania, in Germany, in the Netherlands and in Poland.
